Helppp Wrong IP!

It wouldn't let me post in the other forum since you haven't added me as admin yet. :/
The ip is wrong? I still can't connect.

I was away from home. My server was down. I said that. -.-
Since I was not currently using the IP for so long, it changed again.
The more my server is used, the longer it stays the same. It was unused for 3 days straight, so it changed again.
Current one is here and in the other topic.
